If both parents are carriers of the inherited sickle cell anemia and are a chance of 1 / 4, children with sickle cell anemia. Both parents must be carriers to transmit this disease. It depends on both the parents. If his or her parents have the sickle cell anemia train, then the result is unlikely (but not impossible neighther).

They both have the sickle cell anemia train. You should check to be sure. If they are okay, then I would say there are good chances that your baby should be good.
