Can I withdraw money from a prepaid MasterCard "gift" from an ATM? If there is no way to extract money from them?

Most of these "gift card" credit can not be redeemed. If you have time and want the money, you can expect to sell the products that receive "free after rebates. Takes a few weeks and have to wait for the sale, but it is the best way to collect gift cards.
Or simply on craigslist.org and they sell for slightly less than they're worth.
