Baked Pears with Almonds, Cranberry and White Chocolate Drizzle

Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
3 / 4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons McCormick ® Gourmet Collection Cinnamon, Saigon
1 teaspoon McCormick ® Gourmet Collection nutmeg, low
1 / 4 teaspoon McCormick ® Gourmet cloves, ground
4 ripe, firm pears such as Bosc or Anjou, halved and seeded
1 / 4 cup (1 / 2 stick) butter, melted
Cream 1 / 3 cup heavy
4 ounces white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 / 2 cup toasted almonds
1 / 2 cup dried cranberries, chopped

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in small bowl. Place pears, cut side up in 13x9-inch baking with cooking spray Teflon pan sprayed. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle brown sugar mixture.
2. Bake 30 minutes or until pears are tender, Spooning brown sugar mixture over pears in the middle of cooking. Allow to cool.
3. Cream only bring to a boil in SMAIt frying pan over medium heat. Remove from heat. Add white chocolate and stir until the chocolate is melted and sauce is smooth.
4. Before serving, place each pear half of 8 dessert plates. Stir brown sugar mixture in baking dish. Pour over pears. Sprinkle with almonds and blueberries. Sprinkle generously with white chocolate sauce. Serve immediately.
